摘要
函授教育是在职中小学教师参加继续教育的一种重要形式。随着办学规模的不断扩大和办学方式的多元化,函授教育面临许多新问题。需要从自学指导、面授教学、考试制度和管理方式等方面,深化改革,以进一步提高教学质量。
Higher normal education of correspondence is an important form of continuing education for primary and middleschool teachers. With the increasing enlargement and multi-channels of running schools, correspondence education faces manynew problems .Therefore, it is necessary to deepen education reform in order to further improve teaching quality in terms ofself-study instruction, teaching methods, testing system and management.
