摘要
皮格马利翁效应是指教师的期望对学生的学业成绩具有促进作用。在学校教育中 ,我们可以运用皮格马利翁效应做好后进生的转化工作。
Pygmalion effect means that teachers' expectation can advance students' achievement.Therefore, when we are teaching,we can use Pygmalion effect to help those students who lag behind.Positive expectation on the part of the teacher can accelerate students progress.
