摘要
电大教育作为我国高等教育整体的一个重要组成部分 ,肩负着国家富强 ,民族振兴的重任。而它本身又受着社会政治、经济、文化和科技的支撑与制约。面对国际国内的新形势 ,电大人必须树立新观念 ,塑造新形象 ,开创新局面 。
TVU education being a whole part of our count ry's higher education,it b ears the responsibility to make our country become rich,and to prosper our Chine se nation.But it is rostrained by the social politics,economics,culture,science and technology.Now facing the international and demestic situation,TVU staff mus t set up a new idea,depict a new image,start a new situation,and turn TVU into a open unive rsity of distance education with Chinese characteristics.
