摘要
讨论了面向产品的 CAPP系统的总体结构、工作原理 ,并对信息实时侦测、多工艺方案优选、工艺数据记录级管理等关键技术进行了研究。面向产品的集成化 CAPP系统的研究与开发有效地实现了 CAPP与企业产品设计、产品制造、生产和经营管理等部门的信息集成 ,使产品数据在其整个生命周期内达到一致与共享 。
An integrated product oriented CAPP system is presented with its general structure and working principle .The key technology of the system, such as timely detection of message, optimal selecting of multi plans, process data management based on records, are discussed in detail. The CAPP system can effectively realize the message integration with other function systems such as product design, product manufacturing, produce and management, and the share and consistence of product data in life circle as well as the philosophy of concurrent design. With the system, the developing period of new product is shortened, and the product quality is improved.
