摘要
目的 :调查上海市学生午餐营养状况 ,并提供相应对策。方法 :对学生午餐采用询问法进行营养素摄入量统计 ,对于学生健康监测资料 ,用 WHO推荐测身高标准体重方法进行评价。结果 :学生营养午餐中热量、蛋白质、脂肪均能达到 RDA (膳食营养素供给量 )要求 ,但矿物质中 Ca、视黄醇当量摄入量较低 ,分别为 RDA的 2 5 %与 5 0 % ,学生肥胖比例男女生分别为 11.7%、 3 .0 % ;营养不良率为 17.5 %、 2 0 .0 %。结论 :上海市学生午餐中存在着营养不平衡的状况 。
Objective:To investigate the nutrition level of Shanghai student's lunch and provide some good advice Methods:To statistic student's nutrition intake by question method Health monitor data of student were appraised by weight for height standard recommended by WHO Results:The intake of energy,protein and fat was approach to RDA standard But the Ca and VA intake level was lower The obesity rate in male and female students were 11 7%,3 0%,respectively The malnutrition rates were 17 5% and 20 0%,respectively Conclusions:Nowadays,the nutrition intake in student lunch was illbalanced.The rates of obesity and malnutrition in Shanghai students were high
