摘要
目前我国企业发生财务失败以至破产清算的例子越来越多,建立企业财务预警系统刻不容缓。财务预警系统能及时发现财务管理中问题,预先警示,让经营者早日寻求对策,减少对企业的破坏。本文系统地研究了企业财务预警系统的特点,分析了企业财务预警系统的构建以及应用中应注意的问题。
Presently,it is a common fact that more and more enterprises are down to bankruptcy and liquidation because of finacial failure,establishing a prewarning system for financial affairs is needed with no time to delay.It can find the problem of fiancial affairs in time,give a caution beforehead,and then operator could take the proper measure to reduce the losing according to the analysis.This article study the characteristic of prewarning system for financial affairs and probed how to construct it,and pointed out some suggestions on perfecting this system.
