摘要
利用化学杂交剂生产杂种小麦,程序较简单,目前已有一些较理想的化学杂交剂可供选用。为提高制种效益,化学杂交剂的正确使用是非常重要的,另外,父母本的合理选用、亲本制种性状的调节和人工辅助授粉等也不容忽视。
Hybrid wheat can be produced with chemical hybridizing agents (CHAs) or genetic malesterile lines.The first method is simpler.There are already a few of kinds of nearly ideal CHAs available around the world.In order to make the production of hybrid wheat seeds fully effective, more attention should be paid to proper application of CHAs.In addition,rational choice of male and femal parents, handaided pollination and artificial adjustment of parents' traits concerning cross pollination are also important.
