摘要
科学家和艺术家一样,在进行科学创造活动中,表现出浓厚的个性品质。女性科学家作为一个群体,具有区别于男性的独特的研究风格。文章通过分析女性科学家科研风格的共性特征与几位杰出女性科学家独特风格的表现,揭示了女性科学家风格的优势和劣势,旨在强调女性科学家不仅要形成自己的风格,更要形成顺应时代潮流的富有创新的科研风格。
like an artist, a scientist often shows some kind of strong personal style when conducting scientific studies. As a group, women scientists have their own distinctive ones. Through analyzing the common features of women scientists' scientific research style and the typical styles owned by several outstanding women scientists, the article brings to light the advantages and disadvantages of the style of women scientists. It aims to emphasize that women scientists should not only have the style of their own, but also acquire the style meeting the trend of the times and full of creativeness.
