摘要
本文检测了健康羊全血和被毛中9种微量元素(Zn、Cu、Mo、Cd、Fe、Se、Pb、As、F)和3种常量元素(Ca、Mg、P)的含量。结果表明,Cu、Se、F等以及常量元素分布比较集中,被毛Zn、Mo等变异度较大;被毛中Zn、Cu、Se、Cd、Pb、F、Ca、Mg含量显著高于全血水平,而Fe、As、P则相反。部分元素与年龄存在相关关系,其中山羊全血Zn、Fe和绵羊被毛Mg随年龄增长而升高,Cu则随年龄增长而呈下降趋势。所有元素均对性别无差异。
Nine trace elements(Zn, Cu, Mo, Cd, Fe, Se, Pb, As, F)and 3normal elements (Ca,Mg,P)in blood and hair of 30 healthy Sheep and goats were analysed. The result showed that the distribution curve of Cu, Se, F and normal elements in blood and hair was more concentrated than the other trace elements. The contents of Zn, Cu, Se, Cd, Pb, F, Ca and Mg in the hair were higher than in the blood, but those of Fe, As, P were lower. The blood Zn and Fe in goats, and the hair Mg in sheep increased with their age. However, the blood and hair Cudeclined in both sheep and goats. All elements in blood and hair had no sex difference.
