摘要
高校院 (系 )党总支是党的组织系统的基础力量 ,是学校党委和广大师生之间的桥梁。在新的形势下 ,深刻认识院 (系 )级党总支的核心地位 ,正确处理党政之间的关系 ,制定健全的制度并且切实执行制度 ,不断加强自身建设 ,是院 (系 )党总支政治核心作用得到充分发挥的基础和保障。
General Party branch of the department is the grassroots organization of the Party and also a link between college Party committee and college teachers and students. In the new situation, how to effectively play the role of the department Party branch is vital to the implementation of college regulations and accomplishment of varieties of work.
