摘要
作者研究比较了伊莎褐鸡和星杂288鸡的蛋壳品质。2种鸡年龄相近,饲养管理条件相同(在同一栋鸡舍内)。结果表明,伊莎褐鸡的蛋较重,蛋型指数略小,蛋壳厚度、强度、蛋壳率和单位面积蛋壳重较大;但其蛋壳锐端钙沉积差,易破裂,且劣质蛋壳所占比例不低于星杂288鸡,高强度蛋壳的百分率明显高于后者。
A study of comparing egg shell quality between ISA brown and Shaver star cross 288 hens was made under the conditions of similar month age and feeding level. Results showed that ISA brown hens were h- igher in egg size and bit smaller on shape index, and the egg thickness, strength, shell percentage and the shell weight per unit area were much bi- gger than those from Shaver star cross 288. The percentage of egg shell with high strength for ISA was significantly higher, however, eggs from ISA were easily to be broken for their poor calcium deposition at the smaller end of egg and the proportion of egg shell with lower quality was almost the sa- me with the Shaver star cross 288.
