摘要
作者研究了Cr(VI)—H_2O_2—ECR—CTMAB显色体系的光度特性。在pH3.4~4.4范围内,在CTMAB和CH_3CH_2OH存在下,λ_(max)=600nm,ε=1.1×10~5L·mo1^(-1)·cm^(-1),配合比为Cr(Ⅵ):H_2O_2:ECR=1:1:3,0~20μgCr/50ml范围内服从比尔定律。本法不经分离直接测定铬鞣液中的铬,获得满意结果。
The spectrophotometric properties of Cr(VI)-H_2O_2-ECR- CTMAB colour system were studied in this paper. The results indicated that the molar absorptivity coefficient was 1.1×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-l) and the Cr(VI): H_2O_2: ECR ratio was equal to 1:1:3 at λmax=600nm and pH=3.4~4.4 when CTMAB and CH_3CH_2OH existed, the Beer's Iaw being obeyed in the concentration range of o to 20μg Cr(VI)/50ml. This method is proved to be satisfactory for the direct determination of trace amount of chromium in tanning liquor
