中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的光学相干断层成像与荧光素眼底血管造影 被引量:11

摘要 目的 探讨中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变 (centralserouschorioretinopathy,CSC)的光学相干断层成像 (opticalcoherencetomography ,OCT)图像特征及其与荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)的关系。方法 对 3 4例 3 4只眼经检查确诊的中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者进行OCT和FFA检查。结果  3 4只眼中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的OCT图像中 ,2 2只眼表现为单纯神经上皮层脱离 ,1 2只眼同时存在神经上皮层脱离和色素上皮层脱离 ,其中 2只眼可见色素上皮层的断裂。 2只眼FFA检查未能发现荧光素渗漏 ,OCT检查显示神经上皮浆液性浅脱离。采用OCT对神经上皮脱离和色素上皮脱离的高度和范围进行了定量分析。结论 视网膜神经上皮脱离、色素上皮层脱离和断裂是中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的主要OCT图像特征。OCT不仅能区分CSC的视网膜神经上皮和色素上皮层的脱离 ,而且能进行精确定量分析和追踪观察CSC病程演变。 OBJECTIVE To investigate relation of optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging with fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) characters in the patients with central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC). METHODS Thirty-four eyes of 34 patients with CSC were examined with OCT and FFA. RESULTS There were 22 eyes with neurosensory detachment and 12 eyes with neurosensory detachment and retinal pigment epithelium detachment in 34 eyes. There were rupture of pigment epithelium in 2 eyes. In 2 eyes without fluorescein leakage funding of OCT shown shallow neurosensory detachment. A quantitive analysis of highness and area of the detachment of neurosensory and pigment epithelium was actualized by OCT. CONCLUSIONS The neurosensory detachment, retinal pigment epithelium detachment and rupture of pigment epithelium are the main characters of CSC on OCT. These OCT imaging characters have not relation with the appearances of FFA.
