摘要
适应我国加入WTO的经济发展要求,认真遵循WTO/TBT协议规则,探讨现行有效标准执行、确认、评定的途径和方法,并提出了相关的建议和看法。加强认证认可工作,开拓标准情报新的服务领域,促使标准信息快速传递,目的在于制定、采用和实施现行有效标准具有良好的行为规范,建立和健全现代标准体系结构。
With the requirements of the economic development and the conformity to WTO/TBT rules after China’s entering WTO,this essay discusses the ways of standard effectiveness,validity and assessment and sets forth suggestions and o pinions.Streng thening of Certification & Accreditatin,developments of the st andard new services and improvement in the standard information communication a re also stated in the article.We should make great efforts to regulate drafting ,utilization and implement of standards and further stablish and perfect the modern standard system.
