摘要
本文首先采用OPTIC优化程序寻求满足在长春地区太阳供暖保证率达50％以上的太阳房投资及其结构参数。然后,对符合条件的诸方案用年值法、净现值法及回收年限法进行经济分析与比较,找出最佳方案。结果表明,在长春地区建被动式太阳房是可行的。
A Program-OPTIC was used to seek the investments and the construction parameters which can make the solar heating fraction in passive solar house in Changchun area over 50%. For all the options in accord with the demand, the economical analysis and their comparison were carried out by 'NAV' 'NPV' and recovery period methods and the optimum was found out. The results show: it is feasible to build passive solar houses in Changchun area.
