摘要
为制备 Si C质点弥散分布的 Ti- 4 8Al- 2 Cr- 2 Nb超细复合粉末 ,对复合粉末的机械合金化工艺进行了较详尽的研究。用 XRD和 SEM研究了机械合金化过程中粉末形貌、粒度和显微组织的变化 ,并对复合粉末的机械合机化过程进行了探讨。
