摘要
界定了大规模定制物流的概念,阐述了其主要特征;在此基础上,提出了实现大规模定制物流的三个步骤:物流细分,物流服务水平设计与物流服务能力重构。
The concept of mass customization logistics is defined and its main charactor is discussed.On this basis,three steps to realize the mass customization logistics are suggested:segmentation of customers from a logistics perspective,design levels of ser-vice for each segm ent and reconfiguration of logistics operations.
