摘要
本研究以无烟煤为原料 ,用氢氧化钾作活化剂 ,通过酸预处理的方式 ,研制出性能较优的活性炭样品。实验表明 ,活化最佳温度在 75 0～ 80 0℃ ,最佳升温速度为 5～ 10℃ min ,活化剂用量以 1∶1较优 (原料与活化剂质量比 )。活性炭样品碘吸附值为 980mg g ,比表面积为 10 80m2 g。
A kind of activated carbon is prepared with the high quality anthracite of Nayong in Guizhou by chemical activation with KOH after getting rid of the ash in raw material through impregnating in HF and HClO 4.The results indicated that the suitable temperature of activating is 750-800 ℃,the speed of raising temperature is 5-10 ℃/min.The product possessed iodine value of 980 mg/g and specific surface area of 1 080 m 2/g.
