摘要
以石油磺酸铵为原料,采用红外光谱、冷冻蚀刻电子显微镜观测等方法对所合成超碱值石油磺酸镁产品的组成结构及其性能进行分析,研究了超碱值石油磺酸镁合成过程中水的加入方式对产品碱值及性能的影响,并对水的加入量进行了考察。研究结果表明:在超碱值石油磺酸镁合成过程中.中和时不宜加入水,而在碳酸化时加入水有利于超碱值石油磺酸镁的合成,并可得到性能良好的超碱值石油磺酸镁产品;加人水的当量数应与加入氧化镁的当量数相当,这样可使超碱值石油磺酸镁的合成得以顺利进行。
Taking the petroleum ammonium sulfonate as stock,by the methods of infra-red spectrum and freeze-etching electron microscope etc, the composition structure and its performances of the overbased petroleum magnesium sulfonate synthesized are analyzed. The influences of watering fashion on base number and performances of product in the synthetic process of the overbased petroleum magnesium sulfonate are studied, and the watering quantity is investigated also. The results show that the watering is inadvisable while neutralization reaction, but it is propitious to the synthesis of the overbased petroleum magnesium sulfonate while carbon is acidified,so the excellent products can be obtained. The watering should be equal in mol number to adding the magnesia,in this way, the synthetic process can go on smoothly.
