A technology of pretreatment of coating used in light industry is introduced in detail. According to the characterization of greasy dirt and the mechanism of the formation of phosphorized film, a series of processing steps are added to the traditional technology, which solves the problems of uncleanness of degrease and unevenness of phosphorization. This technology has been widely used in practice.
