摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,对青藏高原上9种龙胆科植物中的3种有效成分齐墩果酸、芒果甙和当药黄素进行了分离和分析。所用色谱柱为SupelcoINCC18柱(150mm×1 5mmi d ,5μm);在选定的色谱条件下每种成分在各自的浓度范围内均具有较好的线性相关性。样品的加标回收率为102 4%~106 7%,相对标准偏差为0 55%~3 01%。
Oleanolic acid, mangiferin and swertisin were important bioactive components in Gentianaceae. The contents of these compounds in nine Gentianaceae plants found in QinghaiTibet plateau were determined by reversedphase high performance liquid chromatography. Supelco INC C18 column (150 mm×15 mm id, 5 μm) was used. The good linear relationships were obtained under the optimum conditions for every component. The recoveries of the standards added were 1024%-1067% while the relatively standard deviations were within the range of 055% to 301%.
