摘要
自然保护区功能区划是制定自然保护区综合管理计划 ,实现自然保护区有效保护 ,综合开发以及周边区综合发展的重要基础。应用生态系统及生态经济系统理论和方法 ,按照系统结构决定系统功能的原理 ,在系统结构和功能分析的基础上 ,提出了高黎贡山国家级自然保护区和云南省级小黑山自然保护区功能分区设想及分区系统。
Functional zoning is an important part for formulating an integrated management plan of nature reserve, in order to effectively protect the nature reserve, and to realize the integrated exploitation and development of the adjacent area. Applying the theories for eco systems and eco economy, in compliance with the rationale of determining the functions of the system, a proposal for functional zoning of Gaoligongshan and Xiaoheishan Nature Reserve was worked out.
