摘要 本文研究高压叶片泵中存在的配流冲击对油泵性能的影响。指出配流冲击是高压叶片泵的主要振源和噪声源,它直接影响到油泵的效率、可靠性和寿命。消除配流冲击的方法是在叶片泵配流器件——侧板上设置压力过渡区。侧板上的压力过渡计算是以相邻两个叶片组成的密封腔作为工作腔,定子环过渡曲线作为工作曲线。侧板与定子环工作的相对位置决定于压力过渡区的结构要素。 The influence of flow distribution impact in high-pressure vane pump on its performance is investigated in this paper. It is pointed out that the main oscillation and noise source in high-pressure vane pump is the impact originated from flow distribution which hasan derict effect on the pump efficiency .reliability, and service life. The measure of eliminating flow distribution impact is creation of a pressure transient area on the flow distributor the side plate). In the pressure, transfer calculation on the side plate,the closed chamber be-ween adjacent two vanes is taken as the working chamber and the transfer curve of stator ing-working cure. The relative position of the side plate with staior ting determines me ructural factor vane pressure transient area
