摘要
目的 :分析米非司酮并米索前列醇治疗稽留流产临床效果。方法 :治疗组 6 4例 ,口服米非司酮 5 0mg ,q 12h ,共 3次 ,10～ 12h后米索前列醇 0 6mg顿服 ;对照组 5 5例 ,肌注已烯雌酚 4mg·d-1,用药 3d后行清宫术。结果 :治疗组胚胎自然排出率 34 38% ,4 2例清宫者宫颈成熟良好达 83 33% ;对照组无 1例胚胎自然排出 ,宫颈成熟良好占 14 5 5 % ,6例二次清宫 (占 10 91% )。结论 :米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产有 30 %以上胚胎自然排出 ,宫颈成熟软化良好 ,疗效可靠、安全。
Objective:To analysis the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in treatment of missed abortion Method:46 patients in mifepristone group received mifepristone 50 mg, q12h,for 3 times; and misoprostol 0 6mg after 10 12h, po; 55 patients in stilbestrol group received stilbestrol 4mg,qd for 3 days,then the curettage was conducted Results:The ratio of embryo flowed out from uteri was 34 38% and 42 patients received curettage out naturely accounted for 83 33% in mifepristone group; none of embryo flowed from uteri, the ratio of cervix matured was 14 55% and re curettage was 6 in stilbestrol proup Conclusion:Mifepristone had good effects in 64 patients with missed abortion, and the ratio of embryo flow out from uteri was >30%
