摘要
目的 :改进硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液含量测定方法。方法 :以一阶导数光谱在 2 2 2nm波长处谷—零间的振幅为定量依据 ,测定硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液的含量。结果 :硝酸毛果芸香碱浓度在 10~ 5 0 μg·ml-1范围内与一阶导数谷—零间的振幅呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9997,平均回收率为 99.8% ,RSD =0 .2 %。结论 :方法简便、准确 ,可用于测定硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液含量。
Objective: To find a better method to determine the concentration of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops.Method: The amplitude between valley zero at wavelength 222nm was used as quantitative basis.First order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the concentration of pilocarpine nitrate in pilocarpine nitrate eye drops.Results:There was a good linear relationship between pilocarpine nitrate concentration within a range of 10~50 μg·ml -1 and amplitude of valley zero of first order derivative spectrophotometry, r =0.9 997.The average recovery was 99.8%, RSD was 0.2%.Concluion: The method is simple and accurate.It is suitable for the determination of pilocarpine nitrate in eye drops.
