摘要
目的 探讨应用星状神经节封闭疗法综合治疗特发性突聋的疗效及其并发症的预防。方法 15例患者采用高压氧和应用血管扩张剂、皮质激素及维生素摄入 (简称药物组 ,A组 ) ;另 3 5例患者采用星状神经节封闭疗法为主 ,并结合高压氧治疗和血管扩张剂应用、皮质激素及维生素摄入 (星状神经节组 ,B组 ) ,以改善内耳微循环及增加患耳局部血液供氧量。结果 药物组 ( A组 )和星状神经节组 ( B组 )的治疗总有效率分别为 73 .3 %和 85 .7% ,两组相比差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,且均未发生并发症。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of stellate ganglion block therapy in combined with conventional therapies in the treatment of idiopathic sudden deafness and prevention of complications. Methods Fifteen patients were treated with treatment of vasodilator, steroid hormone, vitamines and oxygen hyperbaric therapy (group A) and the other 35 patients were treated with stellate ganglion block (group B) in addition to the therapies in the group B. Results In the group B, 85.7 % of the patients achieved hearing improvement, while this occurred in 73.3 % of the cases in group A (P<0.05). Conclusion Stellate ganglion block can be an effective therapy in the treatment of sudden deafness when combined with other therapies.
