摘要
目的 研究正常大鼠内淋巴囊免疫活性细胞的定位分布。方法 用 10只健康成年 SD大鼠 ,取颞骨经固定、脱钙后作冰冻切片 ,以抗大鼠 CD3、抗 Ig A、抗 Ig G和抗 Ig M特异性抗体 ,运用免疫组织化学技术 ,观察内淋巴囊的免疫活性细胞。结果 发现 CD3+ 、 Ig A+ 、 Ig G+ 、 Ig M+ 细胞存在于内淋巴囊的所有组织学部位 ,以上皮层为多 ,同时散在分布于上皮下以及囊周组织。结论 大鼠内淋巴囊存在着各类免疫活性细胞 。
Objective To study the anatomic distribution of immunocompetent cells in rat endolymphatic sac(ES). Methods In 10 healthy adult SD rats, temporal bone was taken out and decalcified for frozen section. Anti-CD 3, anti-IgG, anti-IgM and anti-IgA special antibodies were applied to investigate immunocompetent cells in ES in rats by immunohistochemical methods. Results CD 3 +, IgG +, IgM + and IgA + cells were found in all the histological areas of the ES, especially in epithelium layer. Scattered immunocompetent cells were also found in the subepithelium region and the perisaccular space. Conclusion Immunocompetent cells exist in the endolymphatic sac, suggesting the endolymphatic sac may play an important role in immune response of inner ear.
