摘要
本文通过分析传统现代化追赶战略的理论背景、发展模式及其影响后果 ,提出新世纪现代化追赶的新战略与新模式以及相应的政策建议。
Through analyzing the theoretical background,development model and its influences with regard to pursuing strategy of the traditional modernization,the author put forward the new strategy and new model and related policy suggestion of pursuing modernization in the new century.
