摘要
经济法是国家管理经济的重要法律。是社会经济结构和国家政权相结合的产物。经济法是以社会为本位 ,以社会利益为导向 ,对经济进行管理的重要法律。
Economic law is one of important laws of managing economy for one country and a product of the combination of economic structure and national power.Economic law,taking society as foundation and taking social interests as guidance,is very important for economic operation and management.
