摘要
能值理论可用以衡量分析整个自然和人类社会经济系统 ,定量分析资源环境与经济活动的真实价值 ,对于合理利用自然资源 ,制定正确的经济发展方针 ,实施可持续发展战略 ,具有重要意义。本文运用一系列能值分析指标对江西省生态经济的发展现状进行了评估 ,提出了进一步开发江西自然资源、实现可持续发展目标的建议。
The ecological-economic system of Jiangxi Province is evaluated on a common basis as emergy. Emergy provides a common denominator for measurement of the value of environmental resources and economy in an ecological-economic system. Emergy is defined as the sum of all inputs of energy directly or indirectly required by a process to provide a given product when the inputs are expressed in the same form of energy, usually solar energy. It is a new accounting unit of total contributions used in generation of a product or service. Indices and ratios based on emergy flows can be calculated and be used to evaluate the behavior of the whole system. Emergy make us possible to study and view ecological-economic system for policy perspectives from a new visual angle different from traditional ecology and economics. In this paper, on the basis of emergy analysis, indices and ratios are calculated and analysed in the ecological-economic system of Jiangxi Province of 2000 so as to develop ideas for adjusting, improving, optimizing the structure and function and for environmental policy-making in Jiangxi Province.
