摘要
试验以香花槐幼嫩枝条为外植体 ,接种于不同激素配比的MS培养基上诱导侧芽 ,继代并进行生根培养。试验结果表明 :MS +BA0 .5 +NAA0 .2有利于芽的诱导 ;MS +BA1 +NAA(0 .1~ 0 .2 )促进芽大量增殖 ;最佳生根培养基为MS +IBA0 .2 +NAA0 .2。
The stems and buds of Robinia Psaudoacacia cv.idaho were used as explants and incubated on MS media with different hormone combinations to induce adventition buds. The daventition buds were transferred into several subcultural media for rapid propagation.The result showed MS+BA0.5+ NAA0.2 was beneficial to inducing adventition buds; The best subcultural medium was MS+BA1+NAA(0.1~0.2). The optimum medium for producing roots was MS+IBA0.2+ NAA0.2
