摘要
人的发展与社会的发展是一个双向互动、具有一致性的历史发展过程 ,人的发展依赖于社会的发展 ,社会的发展也依赖于人的发展。人的全面发展是社会主义现代化建设的题中应有之义。在我国进入全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化新的发展阶段的特定历史条件下 ,人的全面发展获得了全新的含义。社会主义为人的全面发展提供了必要的条件和保证 。
The all round development of human being is a historical developing process, which is interactive and identical with the social development. The development of human being depends on the social development while the social development also depends on the development of human being. Under the specific conditions that our country enters into a new developing period of building overall fairly comfortable society and promoting the socialist modernization, the development of human being acquires brand new meaning. Socialism provides necessary conditions and assurance for the development of human being. The promotion of the development of human being is an important mission of socialism.
