摘要
政治现代化最基本的目标是政治民主化,而民主政治的实现需要有民众政治心理角色的转换,也就是臣民文化要转变为公民文化。因此,中国在推进政治现代化进程中,必须注重公民文化建设,即进行公民文化的培育和整合。
The fundamental aim of political modernization is the realization of political democracy,and the realization of this democracy requires a change of the political psychological role of the populace,from the subject culture to the civic culture. Therefore,great attention should be paid to the building of the civic culture in the process of political modernization in China,namely,the cultivation and integration of the civic culture.
