客观存在的诸多不确定性因素 ,使得工程系统的规划和设计不可避免地存在着风险。如何把风险降到最低限度同时使得工程建设的费用也达到最低 。
There are Many uncertain factors caused risk in engineering construction. How to reduce the risk and at the same time how to make the construction expense minim um, these are important questions. Decision?making theory gives the answer. EU V (expected utility value) criteria is used in decision-making to ch oice the foundation type case and calculate the cost of experiment in three situ ations, and an example case is given.
