摘要
在H_3PO_4介质中,吐温20和Mn(Ⅱ)存在下,二安替匹林-邻氯苯基甲烷与Cr(Ⅵ)生成红色化合物,λ_(max)为480nm,ε为1.37×10~5,Cr(Ⅵ)量在0~10(μg/25ml)符合比耳定律。方法有好的选择性,体系可稳定24时,用于水中微量铬(Ⅵ)的测定效果良好。初步探讨了反应机理。
The new method was studied for determination of micro Cr(Ⅵ) by spectrophotometry. In the presence of Tween-20 and manganese( Ⅱ ), Cr(Ⅵ) react with diantipyryl-o-chlorphcnylmethane (DACM) to form a red complex in phosphoric acid medium. Maximum absorbance of the complex is at 480nm with molar absorptivity 1.37 × 10-5lmol-1 · cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed over the range 0- 10μg/ 25ml. The method was applied to determination of micro Cr(Ⅵ) in water with good results.
