摘要
试验结果表明,在干旱胁迫下 FA 处理明显降低烟草成苗叶片的气孔导度和蒸腾速率,减少植株的蒸散量,提高叶片水势和净光合速率,增加根苗比。可以认为,FA 能有效地改善烟株的水分状况,提高其抗旱性。
The experimental results showed that FA treatment can significantly decrease leafstomatal conductance and transpiration rate,plant evapotranspiration rate of tobaccoadult seedling leaves,increase leaf water potential and net photosynthic rate and ratio be-tween roots and seedlings under water stress conditions.It is considered that FA can im-prove water status and drought resistance of tobacco plant effectively.
