摘要
用ABA(2×10^-(4)M)和CCC(0.2%)生长抑制剂处理冬小麦幼苗,改善了植株水分状况,提高了叶水势、相对含水量(RWC)和离体叶片的保水能力。ABA 处理降低蒸腾和气孔导度,而 CCC 则不影响蒸腾。两种抑制剂均抑制植株苗系及促进根系生长,从而增加了根/冠比。两试剂在干旱前期均促进而后期则降低叶片内部 ABA 的累积,因此似有调节内源ABA 水平的作用。至于 ABA 和 CCC 对小麦抗旱性的影响,表现在受旱时延缓植株的萎蔫和增加最后的籽实产量。抗性强的秦麦3号与7859相比,上述各项指标显著较高。以上可以看出:苗期施用生长抑制剂可提高小麦适应干旱的能力。
ABA(2×10^(-4)m)and CCC(0.2%)-growth inhibitors were used to treat youngseedlins of winter wheat,thus improving water regime of wheat plants,leaf water poten-tial,relative water contents and water conserving ability of in vitro leaves.ABA treat-ment can decrease evaportranspiration and stomatal conductance while CCC can notaffect evaportranspiration.Two kinds of inhibitors can inhibit plant seedlings but pro-mote root system growth,thus increasing roots/crowns.In the previous stage ofdroughts,two inhibitors promote the ABA accumulation in leaves but in the later stageof drought,they decrease the ABA accumulation in leaves.Therefore,they seem to havethe functions to regulate ABA.As regards the effects of ABA and CCC upon wheatdrought resistance,they are shown in prolonging the plant wilting and increasing grainyields when plants are subject to drought.In comparison of Qinmai No.3 of strongdrought resistance with wheat variety 7859,the avove mentioned indexes are significantlyraised.It can be seen that the application of growth inhibitors can improve the ability ofwinter wheat adpatale to droughtd.
