摘要
介绍了HDZ—10B型电子束焊机微机控制系统的特点和控制焊接工作台方面的主要功能指标,给出了该微机控制系统的组成框图和焊接控制程序结构图。着重对自动定位点焊和长管对焊这两种特殊的电子束焊接进行了讨论。
The features of microcomputer control system of type HDZ—10B electronic beam welder and main functions to control the welding table system are introduced. The block diagram of the microcomputer control system and the welding control program flow chart are given. This paper gives emphasis to the discussion of the two special kinds of electronic beam welding, i.e. automatic locating spot welding and tubebutt welding.
