摘要
本文针对实际生产中,切入磨削加工细长轴类工件存在着形状精度差和生产率低的问题。介绍了一种用于切入磨削加工的磨削力适应控制系统的原理及试验方法,其试验结果可明显看出,与常规加工比较,试件的形态精度高、金属切除率大,且与磨削参数无直接关系。
A new adaptive control constraint system (abbr, ACCS) for external cylindrical traverse grinding process is presented in order to increase the productivity and improve the geometrical accuracy of slender shaft workpieces. The ACCS succeeded in the external cylindrical traverse grinding process through theoretical analysis was discussed, In comparison with conventional method of external cylindrical traverse grinding, this method of ACCS grinding is far better than it on the material removal rate and roundness of slender shaft workpieces, The above effects are independent of grinding parameters chosen.
