摘要
通过在O/W型乳液中加入不同负离子价数电解质的实验 ,发现乳液黏度变化与电解质负离子的价数有关 ,负离子价数越高 ,达到乳液黏度最小值的电解质浓度越小。
The viscosity of O/W emulsions can be influenced by the eletrolytes.The results in the present work show that the higher the negative chemical valence of the electrolytes,the lower the concentrations of the electrolytes for the minimum viscosity of O/W emulsions.This is beacause of the destroying of the hydrogen valence and actions of the double layers.
