摘要
比较机械系统可靠性与电子系统和结构系统可靠性的差别 ,介绍了零件相关机械系统可靠性设计新理论的要点 ,并依此建立起计算机械系统可靠度的数学模型。指出了机械系统可靠度随主失效零件和次失效零件的相关系数呈线性变化 ,提出了用主与次失效零件的主要失效模式的相关系数表示零件相关系数的方法 ,并以单级减速器的可靠度计算为例说明新理论的应用。
The paper compares the differences among the machine system reliability,electric system reliability and the structure system reliability,and introduces the main point of the new theory of elements relative machine system.The mathematic model for computing the machine system reliability is built based on the result.The paper points out that the machine system reliability changes linearly with the coefficient of the main failure element and subordinate failure element,and brings forward the way to use the correlatic coefficient of main failure modes of the main failure element and subordinate failure el ement to replace the correlatic coefficient of elements.In the last part of the paper,the speed reducer as an example was used to introduce how to apply the new theory to compute the machine system reliability.
