摘要
云南有地方畜禽品种１７９个，是我国家养动物遗传资源最丰富的省份．迄今为止，云南已有５个品种灭绝，１１品种处于濒危中，２５个品种数量大幅下降，品种资源的消失速度呈加快趋势．自８０年代中期，云南省就开展了家养动物遗传资源的保护和研究工作．保护了１９个地方濒危珍稀品种，保护工作取得了很大成绩．但保护工作也存在着一些问题，为使云南省的家养动物遗传资源得到有效保护和利用，我们提出了有效保护及利用的一些对策．
Yunnan province ranks the first in the genetic resources of the domesticated animal in China.There exist one hundred and seventynine breeds of domesticated animals in Yunnan.Out of them,five breeds have become extinct.Eleven breeds are in danger.Twentyfive breeds have decreased in the population on a large scale.The rate of extinction has accelerated.Yunnan province had begun the preservation and study work of the domesticated animals since the middle of 80′s.Nineteen local precious and rare breeds have been conserved.Thirtyone breeds have been researched in the fields of chromosome polymorphism,mtDNA polymorphism and protein polymorphism of blood.To improve the preservation effectiveness of the domesticated animals in the future,some strategies are put forward.
