摘要
本文着重对笔者提出的传动精度动态测试方法的测量原理、特点、可行性定量分析及测试过程中应注意的问题等进行了比较详细而深入地探讨和论证.本测试方法的试验成功,为采用一个光栅式角位移传感器对滚齿机分齿传动链进行切削状态下传动精度动态测量的可行性提供了可靠的依据.
This paper mainly expounds the principles and the characteristics of the dynamic method to test driving precision and feasible quantitative anlaysis and other problems which should be paid attention to in the test process.
The success of this method provides a reliable basis for further research into the measure .ment of the driving error by means of one angular isplacment sensor.
