摘要 新型环面蜗杆具有传动性能好、承载能力强等优点 ,但其零件结构较为复杂 ,加工工艺较为烦琐 ,在一定程度上制约了其普及应用 .通过计算机拟实构形研究 ,完成了新型环面蜗杆参数设计和实体造型等工作 ,为后续数控加工奠定了基础 ,也探索出复杂机械零件计算机拟实构形的方法与技巧 . New Loop Worm Transmission is distinguished for its high transmission as well as high carrying capacity, but its part structure and machining technology are complicated that restricts its wide application to certain extent. Through applying computer graphics tools, the authors worked out the techniques of parametric design and solid modeling of new loop worm and gear. Thus, it lags a foundation for the following numerical control maching and it explores out some means and skills to use computer virtual reality technology conducting the entity modeling of complex parts.
