摘要
用花椰菜作生物催化材料,将其组织肉浆与氧电极配合,制成了植物组织膜L-抗坏血酸电极。在L-抗坏血酸浓度为4.0×10^(-5)~1.0×10^(-3)mol/L时,响内应信号强度与L-抗坏血酸浓度呈线性关系。电极寿命至少有30d,该电极可用于药片中L-抗坏血酸的含量分析,其结果与药典法相符。
By adding the cauliflower tissue pulp, working as a biocatalytic material, to an oxygen electrode, a plant tissue-based membrane electrode for L-ascorbic acid has been prepared. The intensity bf response signal of this electrode has a linear relation with the concentration of L-ascorbic acid in the range of concentration 4.0×10^(-5)~1.0×10^(-3) mol/L. The lifetime of this electrode is no less than thirty days. This electrode can be used for the determination of the amount of L-ascorbic acid in tablets, the result is in accord with that of the pharmacopeia.
