摘要
探讨了光栅测量系统中的细分技术,提出了用A/D转换技术实现栅距脉冲软件细分的方法。以8位A/D转换器采用8区间划分为例,给出了小数值的计算公式并分析了细分误差。实验表明,该方法具有较大的实用价值。
A technique of division of scale pulse for optical grating transducer measuring system is discussed in this paper. A method of division of scale pulse between grating space by A/D is put forward. The calculating expressions of the scale pulse equivalent and the error analysis are given by 8 bits A/D cosverter and 8 intervals in grating space. The experiments indicate that this method of division of scale pulse is valuable to practical use.
