摘要
本文从我国所跨的经纬度出发,得出应划分实际时区的结论,並将全国划分为6个实际时区。每一实际时区在使用北京时间的同时又实行本区的季节法定时,使之既有全国统一的时间又有适合各地不同季节太阳光照情况的时间。
This articlc comes to the conclusion that China should be divided into four actual-time zones acoording to its longitudinal and latitudinal dimensions, wilh seasonal Legal Thine and Beijing Time used complementarily in each zone, so that the country has a new time system based on diffcrent area sunlight conditions in different Seasons in addition to a uni-tary national time.
