摘要
本文采用有限元法对新型场致发射阴极的电场强度进行数值分析.计算结果表明:钼尖电场随着钼尖半径R0的增大而减小.阳极的几何位置和阳极电压对场强的影响不大,介质的存在对 场强稍有影响.场域剖分的是否合适对结果有一定的影响.
The present paper gives a numerical analysis for the electric field of a new type field emission cathodes by the finite elements method. The computational results shows that the large the radius R of the tip of the molybdenum cathode is, the smaller the value of the field intensity there. The field intensity weadly depends on the exostance of the medium, the geometric position of the anode and the voltage of the anode. Whether the partition for the field is appropriate will certainly affect the results.
