摘要
应用模糊数学综合评判法,确定磨床磨削质量的检测项目与其故障组成的模糊关系矩阵A ,检测项目与评语组成的模糊评判矩阵R .模糊变换运算后得出评判矩阵B .输入磨床加工质量中有关项目的实测值.通过微机把相应故障按其影响程度由大到小排序,及时排除有关故障以确保磨床的加工质量.
This paper mainly introduces the definition of the matrix A fuzzy relationship conposed of the checking items of grinding quality and the fault of the grinder, and the matrix B judgement composed of the checking items and their comments. The matrix point of the judgement can be obtained after the operation of the fuzzy transpormation. By inputting the practical checking values concerning the machining quality of the items involved, the microcomputer can quickly range the corresponding faults from large to small according to the degree of their effect, and eliminate the faults in time to ensure the machining quality of the grinder.
