摘要
本文提出的设计方案通过参数化可以使系统的鲁棒性设计与系统的动静态特性设计相互独立.
By parametrisation, the scheme proposed in this paper makes the design of the robustness and the design of the static and dynamic performance of the system to be indepen- dent to each other.
